However, before we start stuffing ourselves with pharmacological agents that contain a lot of chemistry and other compounds, not necessarily healthy for our body, it is worth considering natural supplementation and looking for support in an appropriate diet.

It's worth starting to play with food, using fresh, natural ingredients to make tasty and nutritious meals. Due to the fact that we live in a zone where we have very wide access to different kinds of fruit and vegetables, most of them can be grown in our local backyard, so why not use them?
